In accordance with the regulations of Lorain-Medina Rural Electric Cooperative, the board of directors gave notice that the cooperative would hold its 90th Annual Meeting of Members on July 14, 2026, at 6 p.m. via Zoom. Information regarding this year's annual meeting was available in the June and July issues of Ohio Cooperative Living magazine.
The purpose of the meeting is to hear reports of officers and management and to conduct such other business as may properly come before the membership.
Registration was required prior to the meeting. A $25 bill credit was given to all pre-registered members who also attend the live meeting. Only one credit per member.
