While the look has changed, the information you rely on is still there—just organized in a clearer, easier-to-read way. This design update’s goal is to help you more easily track your usage, understand charges, and stay informed. Here’s what you can expect to see:
- Prominent bill summary: Found at the top of your bill, highlighting your total amount due and due date in an easy-to-read format.
- Enhanced use details: With a goal to help you better understand your household’s energy use, we’ve added easy-to-read charts giving usage comparisons over time. This added insight can help you view the differences in usage patterns based on things such as time of year (weather/storms) and spot patterns that may help you save.
- Clear, concise information: From an at-a-glance view of seasonal trends, to streamlined and highlighted balance and due date information, getting our members, co-op information that matters was the main focus of this change.
