Are your parent’s members of Lorain-Medina Rural Electric Cooperative? If so you could win a college, vocational or technical school scholarship of $2,500. First place will be given for both a boys and girls division as well as runners-up in each division which will receive $1,500 scholarships.
The scholarship is available to graduating high school seniors whose parents/guardians are members of the Lorain-Medina Rural Electric Cooperative and receiving electric at their primary residence from the Cooperative. The applications must have at least a 3.5 (on a 4.0 scale) cumulative grade point average or better. They must also be accepted, and then enrolled, in the accredited college or proper vocational or technical school or their choice.
