Suggested letters regarding climate change issues
Below are suggested letters addressed to Ohio Senators George
Voinovich and Sherrod Brown outlining the Cooperative’s position on
Senate Bill 2191. There is also a letter that can be sent to your
U.S. Congressional representative. You will need to write their name
in on the top of the letter. If you don’t know who your Congressman
is you can click here to view the Congressional district map.
We ask that you print each of the three letters, sign them and
include your name, address and email address. Then mail the three
letters to Lorain-Medina Rural Electric Cooperative, P.O. Box 158,
Wellington, OH 44090.
We will gather all of these letters and we will have them hand
delivered to our Ohio Senators and your Congressional representative.
By providing us with your email and regular addresses, you will
enrolled in the cooperative’s “Take Action” program. As this bill
progresses through Congress, we will keep you up to date on its
progress and may ask you to again correspond with our Congressional
representatives on this issue and possibly others.

appreciates your help providing input from consumerspoint of view in
this very important piece of legislation.
